From the day your Porsse is delivered, it's protected against structural sagging and genuine manufacturing faults for fifteen full years. Below is exactly what that cover includes — and the everyday wear and personal-preference matters it doesn't — so there are no surprises, ever.

What's covered

  • Visible body indentation deeper than 2.5 cm that isn't caused by an unsupportive base.
  • Manufacturing defects in the materials or workmanship of the mattress.
  • Failure or collapse of the pocketed-spring support system under normal use.
  • Defective seams, stitching or zippers on the mattress cover.

What's not covered

  • Comfort preference or a change of mind on firmness once the trial period has ended.
  • Stains, soiling or damage from spills, burns or general neglect.
  • Damage from abuse, misuse or use on an improper or unsupportive base.
  • Any mattress with its law or care tag removed, voiding traceability.
  • The normal, gradual increase in softness that comes with everyday use.

Frequently asked

How do I make a warranty claim?
Message us on WhatsApp or email porssegroup@gmail.com with your order number and a couple of photos of the issue. We'll assess it, and if it's covered we'll repair or replace your mattress at no cost to you.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell or gift the mattress?
The 15-year warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Keep your proof of purchase and the law/care tag intact — both are needed to validate any claim.
What about custom-size and hotel orders?
Bespoke and trade pieces carry the same 15-year warranty against defects. However, made-to-measure and private-label orders are excluded from the 100-night return trial, as they're built to your exact specification. See our Custom & Hotels page for trade terms.
Is the 100-night trial available on pillows too?
The 100-night comfort trial applies to mattresses. For hygiene reasons, latex pillows can only be returned unused and in their original sealed packaging. Every pillow is still fully covered against manufacturing defects.
What happens to my old mattress on delivery?
Our white-glove team can remove and dispose of your old mattress when we deliver the new one — just let us know in advance so we can come prepared and clear the space for you.
